Longevity - Comparative Study and Impact of Private Sector Participation
Nasser Massoud is a health sector specialist with 31 years’ experience in Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) in the social sector covering strategy formulation; developing funding, financing and payment mechanisms; compiling business cases and feasibility studies; and managing procurement. He has worked in many countries covering a wide range of healthcare systems
Nasser holds a BSc in enginering; a MSc in economics and management, both from UCL; a Masters in Finance from LBS. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Honours include Global Healthcare Key Opinion Leader by the Korean Ministry of Health; UNECE team to develop the Global Standard for Healthcare PPPs; UNECE drafting team for guidelines on PPPs in digital health, EduTech and telemedicine; and leading on fiscal sustainability. Nasser is a recognised authority on healthcare PPPs. He sits on the board of a PIF company (The Kingdom Health) and on the board of a hospital group in the Western Province. He is also Senior Advisor to TVM Healthcare Capital, a private equity firm.
