Ksenia Leus is a media producer, journalist, photographer, transformational coach, and founder of Aesthetics of Age, a media platform dedicated to healthy and graceful aging, with a fast-growing community approaching one million people. For more than a decade, her work has focused on changing cultural perceptions of aging and helping women 45+ rediscover identity, visibility, and possibility.
A graduate of Lomonosov Moscow State University, Ksenia has worked with photography and visual storytelling since 2008. Her practice spans fashion and conceptual portraiture, with a growing interest in neuroaesthetics and how beauty, visual experience, and creative self-representation may influence perception and wellbeing. This multidisciplinary approach led to PhotoStory, combining portraiture, transformational coaching, identity exploration, and personal storytelling.
With 13+ years in healthcare communications, Ksenia has worked across innovative and aesthetic medicine, geriatric care, wellness, and longevity. She also leads Yaya Agency, developing positioning and digital strategies for healthcare and longevity projects.
